Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data
As Electravis Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (“Electravis” or “Company”); the confidentiality and security of your personal data is among our top priorities. In this context, we would like to inform you about your personal data in order to fulfill our disclosure obligation arising from Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK" or "Law"). Your personal data processed by the Company, the purposes of their processing, the recipient groups to which they can be transferred, the method of collection, the legal reason and your rights regarding such personal data are given below.

1. For what purposes do we collect your personal data
Your collected personal data may be processed by the Company for the following purposes in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the Law and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:
1. To promote the goods and services offered by our Company, to recognize members and increase communication, to increase the image, to improve products, services and communication, to prepare and send special promotions / promotions / campaigns and announcements to customers, to notify changes to be made regarding the use of products and services and / or payment terms, to conduct customer surveys, customer satisfaction practices and information, to audit, data analysis, research, statistical study, understanding trends, marketing and advertising services,
2. Carrying out the necessary work by our relevant business units for the realization of the commercial activities carried out by the Company and carrying out the related business processes,
3. The planning and execution of the company's commercial and/or business strategies,
4. Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of the company and the individuals engaged in business relationships with the company,
5. Fulfilling the obligations undertaken in accordance with the contracts we have entered into, as required by the relevant legislation, being able to fulfill legal obligations, and exercising our rights arising from the current legislation,
6. Providing information to public officials upon request and as required by the legislation regarding matters related to public safety,
7. Being used as evidence in potential disputes.
2. What personal data does the company process
Identity Information: Your name, surname, Turkish identification number, date of birth, and other information provided to the Company with your explicit consent.
Contact Information: Your mobile phone number, email address, location, and address information.
Financial Information: Information related to payments and payment methods.
Customer Transaction Information: Purchase/order history, order details, order quantity, invoice information, request/complaint information, comments, ratings, and evaluation information.
3. How do we collect which personal data about you
Member registration form and registration/application forms filled out online are sent to the official email address of the COMPANY, info@solarvis.co any other email address belonging to the Company, or the KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) address electravis@hs01.kep.tr.
Personal data is also collected through physical document submission, filling out a physical document provided by the Company or by calling +90 312 911 13 34 or other internal numbers of the Company.
Your personal data is additionally collected through automatic means using cookies on the website and its extensions. These cookies are used only to enable visitors to use the site efficiently and to remember their preferences, without gathering any other personal data. 4. The legal basis for processing personal data
The Protection of Personal Data Law (KVKK) lists the conditions for processing personal data in the second paragraph of Article 5. If the purposes of processing personal data by a data controller can be evaluated within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in the KVKK, that data controller can process personal data lawfully. In this context, the Company conducts its personal data processing activities when the purposes pursued by the Company can be evaluated within the personal data processing conditions regulated in the KVKK. The Company does not engage in any personal data processing activities that do not fall within the scope of the personal data processing conditions.The personal data processing conditions specified in the KVKK include the following:
- The explicit consent of the data subject.
- Explicit provision in the laws.
- When it is mandatory for the protection of life or physical integrity of the data subject or someone else due to the impossibility of obtaining consent or when the consent of a person who cannot express their consent due to a legal incapacity is not legally valid.
- When it is necessary for the execution or performance of a contract, provided that it is directly related to the parties to the contract.
- When it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill their legal obligations.
- When the data subject has made their personal data public themselves.
- When it is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right.
- When it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
5. Who do we share your personal data with
We share your personal data with the following parties through the means and for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice:
- Authorized public institutions and organizations, judiciary, law enforcement agencies, and enforcement authorities.
- Suppliers from whom we receive contracted products and/or services.
- Business partners and consultants.
- Data sharing is limited to the purposes of the activities conducted with consultancy organizations that complement the Company's operations.
The Company does not engage in any data transfers that are not related to its purposes. For example, even if we have obtained your consent, information related to your vehicle's license plate is not shared with any third party, including the individuals and institutions listed above. The only exception to this determination is when the transfer of such data is made mandatory by legislation, required for a criminal investigation, or requested by an official authority based on legislation with a stated reason.
6. What are your rights
It is important for your personal data, which we hold, to be accurate and up to date. Therefore, please notify us if there is any change in your personal data. Otherwise, we may not be responsible for inaccuracies in the data held in our systems. Your rights under Article 11 of the Law, subject to the exceptions stipulated in Article 28 of the KVKK, can be exercised by applying to the Company. These rights include:
a) To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
b) To request information if your personal data has been processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used for its intended purpose,
d) To know the third parties, both domestically and abroad, to whom your personal data has been transferred,
e) To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
f) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
g) To request the notification of the transactions made to third parties, both domestically and abroad, in accordance with paragraphs (d) and (e) above,
h) To object to the emergence of a result against you due to the exclusive analysis of your personal data through automated systems,
i) To request compensation for any damages in case your personal data is processed unlawfully.
7. How can you exercise your rights
You can download the "application form". After filling out the form according to your request or complaint, you can send it to us via the email address info@solarvis.co, or you can physically fill out the form and send it by courier/mail to the following address: Mustafa Kemal Mahallesi ODTÜ TEKNOKENT Bilişim İnovasyon Merkezi 280/G No:1260, 06510 Çankaya/ANKARA.
If you submit your request to us using one of the methods mentioned above, in accordance with Article 13/2 of the KVKK, your request will be evaluated within 30 days at the latest, and you will be provided with information regarding the matter. If your request is accepted, the necessary procedures will be carried out immediately by the data controller, the Company.
Requests are generally processed free of charge, but if fulfilling the request requires an expense, in accordance with Article 7 of the "Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller," it may be requested by the Company. This communique states: "If a response is to be provided to the data subject's application in writing, no fee shall be charged for up to 10 pages. An operational fee of 1 TL per page may be charged for each page above 10 pages. If the response to the application is to be provided in a recording medium such as a CD or a flash drive, the fee charged by the data controller cannot exceed the cost of the recording medium.
